ABM Systems worked with Community Broker Network (CBN) who manage over 400 insurance brokers nationally, servicing more than 200,000 small to medium businesses.
After merging three companies to form CBN, they had to overcome the challenge of three structurally different systems. There was no single interface unifying these systems and staff could not quickly or easily access company-wide data.
After careful planning and standardisation of the data across all of the systems, ABM implemented solutions to give CBN access to reliable, on-demand, scheduled, and automated reporting across the entire organisation. We used Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting and Qlik GeoAnalytics technologies to achieve this outcome.
